A Successful Argentine Case.2024-12-30T21:50:13+00:00Maximiliano Ivickas Magallanlsolla@ucema.edu.arPatricio Cavallilsolla@ucema.edu.ar
This research aims to deeply interpret and understand how the concept or notion of trust operates in modern business ecosystems. In order to do this, the case of a content production company is analyzed, with a specific focus on the dynamics of one of its business units: Ristretto. The question that motivated the analysis is the following: To what extent does trust operate as a beneficial element for the business of an entrepreneur or group of entrepreneurs who interact within the same ecosystem? The hypothesis is that trust is the core or driving force that guarantees monetary transactions and the symbolic ties that allow these individuals to generate levels of intimacy, closeness, and appreciation that prevail over competition. In the case studied here, Ristretto, the company founded by Claudio Destéfano is built on this concept and the idea that its ecosystem creates added value for other actors from the public, private, and third sectors, based on trust. The work is interpretive in nature. The methodology is qualitative and relies on contributions from anthropology applied to the business field using the ethnographic method. Interviews and participant observation were conducted with the owner of the company in his daily activities. With this research, the goal is to make a conceptual contribution to the discussion on the business world and to the way in which actors interpret the meaning of their actions when conducting business and making decisions.
2024-12-30T21:44:47+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://publicacionescientificas.uces.edu.ar/index.php/empresarialesysociales/article/view/1774SENTIMIENTOS, MORALIDAD Y ESPIRITUALIDAD: EXPLORANDO LAS RELACIONES CONTINGENCIALES Y SU IMPACTO EN EL BIENESTAR HUMANO2025-01-17T18:14:55+00:00Alejandro Ismael Veraalejandrovera.uflo@gmail.com
The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between internal control and electronic billing in a private clinic in Miraflores, Lima 2023. A methodology was used with a basic quantitative study with a non-experimental design, with a descriptive - correlational level. As for the population, it consisted of 128 workers in the billing area, a census-type sampling was used, finally obtaining a sample of 128 collaborators, the same ones who were participants in data collection. The results reveal that the coefficients β = 0.399 indicate that internal control has a positive impact on electronic invoicing; at the same time, components, such as the control environment (β = 0.297); risk assessment (0.53); control activities (0.081) and information and communication (0.046) also have a positive impact compared to electronic invoicing. Likewise, it is verified that the t test demonstrates that the variables and dimensions significantly impact each other (p < 0.05). In conclusion, internal control impacts electronic invoicing given that, by improving internal control systems, the effectiveness and operational efficiency of electronic invoicing can increase, which in turn will improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction in the private clinic in Miraflores.
2024-12-30T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://publicacionescientificas.uces.edu.ar/index.php/empresarialesysociales/article/view/1792El marketing internacional ante el cuestionamiento de la globalización en el siglo XXI2025-01-17T18:43:29+00:00Alejandro Francisco Musacchiom2alejandro@gmail.com
When we talk about the internationalization of a company, we begin to glimpse important aspects of countries such as their economic system, the political orientation of the government, and the cultural traits of the population, which represent uncontrollable variables that should be considered when designing the marketing mix (product, price, distribution, and integrated marketing communications) for approaching target markets. Thus, the objective of this paper is to contribute to the theoretical reflection on the questioning of the phenomenon of globalization in International Relations, currently raised by certain governments and political-ideological sectors, and the effect that such a situation may have on these variables, impacting the positioning of firms with foreign business operations, particularly those that reflect a global presence and image.

In the beginning, we will address the consolidation of globalization and its implications for International Marketing, followed by a discussion of the state of this discipline in light of the questioning of this phenomenon.
2025-01-17T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://publicacionescientificas.uces.edu.ar/index.php/empresarialesysociales/article/view/1778Tourism 4.0: Perspectives and challenges in a digital economy context2025-01-17T19:20:51+00:00Henrique Camõeshc.arquiteto@gmail.com
Disruptive technologies refer to innovations that radically transform existing markets or sectors, replacing old technologies and creating business possibilities, changing the way companies and consumers operate. At the base of Industry 4.0, telecommunications and IT are not alone, elements that characterized the previous phase of the economy, including digitalization, interconnection and the consequent exponential production of data. The problem is how disruptive technology has worked to boost tourism 4.0? In this sense, this study, with a descriptive character and qualitative approach, intends to briefly describe the role, importance, benefits and challenges of disruptive technologies for the tourist industry in the context of the digital economy of the so-called Industry 4.0. The conclusions indicate that tourism has changed radically and continues to do so, at an increasingly rapid pace, because it depends on an accelerator that seems almost unstoppable: digital. The digital has betrayed more profound radical changes on multiple levels (social, cultural and economic), as well as in the habits of tourists. The way people choose and reserve tourist facilities has changed. These changes are being produced and continue to be those responsible for transforming the sector into an "intelligent" one, having a huge impact on the interaction of travelers with the tourist processes practiced, replacing traditional habits with new, faster and more interactive behaviors.
2025-01-17T19:20:25+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
