Abstract
This work corresponds to the dissertation given by the author at the II Conference on Research in Law: health, bioethics and gender, held at the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES) on November 12, 2021 via Institutional Zoom.
Hereby, the results of the application of the recommendations of the Report of the Ethics and Human Rights Committee in the Covid 19 pandemic in the health of the population argentina are described.
