Inteligencia Artificial y Derechos Humanos
Breve introducción a los desafíos de la cuarta revolución industrial en Argentina
Abstract
The so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution places humanity at a point of great uncertainty where changes occur exponentially.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) bursts onto the contemporary global scene generating tensions with fundamental Human Rights.
The aim of the work is to provide a brief introduction to the history of AI and the challenges it presents around three rights that are considered fundamental: the right to education, the right to privacy and informational self-determination, and the right to equality and not discrimination.
This work corresponds to an advance within the framework of the research project: "Human Rights in Argentina in the face of new challenges", based at the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES).
