Cultura y organización: ¿Estructuras multinacionales estandarizadas o adaptadas al contexto regional?

Abstract

Due to the continuous growth of the technology producing countries in the Asian continent and their need to open new markets in regions as distant as Latin America, we wondered whether the subsidiaries of these global companies should have a standardized and similar structure and management model in all the countries where they operate or whether they should consider local characteristics such as their national culture, and seek a congruence between the elements that make up the system so that both the economic activity and the professional experience can be developed successfully.
