Cultura y organización: ¿Estructuras multinacionales estandarizadas o adaptadas al contexto regional?

Resumen

Con motivo del continuo crecimiento de los países productores de tecnología en el continente asiático y su necesidad de abrir nuevos mercados en regiones tan distante como Latinoamérica, nos plantemos si las subsidiarias de dichas empresas globales deberían o no tener una estructura y modelo de gestión estandarizada y similar en todos los países donde realizan su actividad, o si deberían considerar características locales como su cultura nacional, y buscar una congruencia entre los elementos que forman el sistema para que tanto la actividad económica como la experiencia profesional se desarrolle exitosamente.
