Abstract

The tendency of the labor market is not limited only to formal work, which we have today in the countries, are workers who have formal jobs, with signed work card; informal workers without registration, workers with entrepreneurial firms in informality. In addition, a large percentage contributes to social security other not. And young people who have the highest unemployment rate in the 17-24 age group find themselves in the informality of their first job until it is recognized for the second instance in the job market which is formality. This feature is most visible within a sample of the countries of America. Brazil has an unemployment rate of 11.2%, one of the countries with the highest unemployment rate in Latin America and treating it as specific. This research brings together several authors, in order to diagnose their objectives and the main results, not only being limited to the data released last year, but also a form of social contribution and bringing to our reality the main percentages of this population.
